  • Engaging workers, contractors, and stakeholders through consultation to ensure a mutually beneficial understanding and implementation of our HSE policy, standards, and SDGs performance;
  • Emphasizing to all employees and contractors about their responsibility for safe performance on the job and encouraging safe behavior on and off the job;
  • Continual improvement of our HSE management system, setting objectives, striving to pursue an ensure deliverables;
  • Promoting an effective HSE management system based on a functional sustainable approach
  • Promoting regular HSE awareness and task-specific training;
  • Communicating the HSE policy with all stakeholders;
  • Promoting clean and green working environment and surroundings;
  • Ensuring that HSE is a major responsibility of all the employees (being regularly trained and made aware of HSE practices and policies) and that they have a sense of accountability.

Our employees are at the forefront of this policy; for its successful implementation, they shall demonstrate their HSE consciousness by practicing their assigned safety roles and responsibilities.

Workplace Visitors Policy

  • No visitors/Contractors are allowed in our workplace or on company property unless authorized by a Department Manager / Incharges All requests for permission for nonemployees to enter the company property must be made at the Administration office.
  • Visitors/ Contractors must fill out the entry/identification details at the entrance gate and wear a visitor’s pass to display that the individual is an authorized visitor.
  • Area In-charge/Supervisors are to challenge strangers in the plant who do not display the visitor’s pass to determine their authority for access to our facility. Unauthorized visitors should be escorted courteously but quickly from the workplace or to the front office.
  • Visitors and Contractors will not be allowed to enter operational areas without getting HSE orientation.
  • The concerned department will arrange PPEs for visitors in coordination with the HSE department.
  • Visitors/ Contractors will not be allowed to in non-working hours (after 6:00 p.m.). However, as per the criticality of the situation, the visit may be allowed subject to approval from the Plant Head.
  • Visitors, Contractors Vendors, etc. to avoid loose clothing when visiting the plant and also bring their own PPEs. However, in special instances, PPEs may be provided by the company.
  • Contractor / Vendors will follow the norms of the company when visiting the plant including the Permit To Work (PTW) System that is enforced on site.
  • Smoking is only allowed in the designated area.
  • Horseplay is prohibited at the site
  • Never walk under a load during hoisting work. Stand aside in time and keep an eye on the load.
  • Weapons of any sort, metal jewelry, and wristwatches are not allowed to be worn in operational areas (near Electrical panels, etc.).
  • Physical fitness (fever, dizziness, any injury, etc.) should be discussed during HSE orientation.
  • Housekeeping awareness should be provided to visitors and contractors.
  • Use of any types of drugs (betel leaf, Gutka, etc.) is prohibited in the plant
